Troubleshooting consultation – $250

This is a stand alone service for anyone needing a little design help or guidance to get their project going, and sometimes a repeat consultation when clients feel “stuck”. I come to your home for up to 2 hours and it is your time to ask all of your questions & share your design dilemmas. You will get all of my ideas, solutions, and suggestions, as well as my detailed notes from the consultation so that you feel confident moving forward on your own.  This is not a “meet and greet”, it is a results driven working meeting!

Project consultation – $250

This is the first step in the process of either of our design services. In this working meeting we’ll define the scope of work for your project, discuss possible solutions and suggestions, establish the vision and direction, and review my design process and contract. I will keep all of the notes from this consultation to guide my work, and design selections for your project.

Design Services

*Total cost of project varies depending on the scope of work which will be clearly defined following the project consultation. I value integrity and aim to provide a wonderful experience so clients will hire me again, or feel confident referring me to family and friends.

Design only/e-design – $80/hr.

This  “design only” service is a great option for local clients who prefer to manage their project themselves, as well as clients who live in other states. Our team will fully design your space and send you all of the details you’ll need to execute and implement the design on your own. You’ll have furniture layouts, floor plans, art, accessories, fabric, tile, countertops, hardware, window coverings, etc. based on the project budget you set. We’ll include anything that is applicable to your project, along with a complete shopping list so you can purchase everything you’ll need and know exactly where to put it. You only pay for the design because you implement it on your own which saves you money.

Full Service Design – $120/hr.

This is a luxury design service.  As principle designer and owner, Joni will design & manage your entire project handling every detail from start to finish. In the consultation we will discuss and review our entire 15 step project management process so that there are no surprises along the way. We handle all of the design, product sourcing, communicate with & oversee all of the trades to ensure designs are being implemented as designated, handle purchasing, shipping/receiving, as well as any deficiencies. We schedule an “install” day/s as well as a “reveal” day where you get to come home and see your newly designed fully completed space. We handle all of the details so that you have time to do what you do best.
